Dr. Raviv travels to Prague to present at annual European meeting of AECOS (American-European Congress of Ophthalmic Surgery)

Prague was the setting for the 2017 annual European congress of AECOS, where a highly regarded group of international ophthalmic surgeons met to discuss the latest advancements in LASIK and refractive cataract surgery.  Dr. Raviv presented a talk on the “The Low Astigmat Cataract – When to Toric and when to LRI”.  The talk discussed best practices in 2017 for the management of astigmatism (present in significant amounts in over 80% of patients) at the time of cataract surgery for the best visual outcomes.
